Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Freelance Sourcing Specialist in Greece to support our talent acquisition efforts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of roles. This role requires a proactive individual who is well-versed in current recruitment trends and best practices. Note: This is a commission-only opportunity, no basic salary can be offered for this role. Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume recruitment processes, sourcing and screening a large number of candidates in a short time-frame. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to quickly identify and attract top talent. Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring a strong fit with job requirements and company culture. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges. Essential Skills and QualificationsProven experience in high-volume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred). Native in Greek and fluent in English Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates' skills. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment independently. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Self-employed and able to invoice.
