Freelance Sourcer/Recruiter

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a talented freelance sourcer / recruiter who is fluent in French and has a good level of English to help us identify and recruit top talent for our projects.

This position is fully remote and based on project assignments.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.

Search for and identify qualified candidates using various sourcing methods (databases, social media, etc.).

Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Maintain an organized database of potential candidates.

Ensure smooth and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.

Requirements :

Fluency in French and a good level of English, both written and spoken.

Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Knowledge of recruitment tools and online sourcing techniques.

Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
