Job Title: Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing top-tier candidates for our esteemed BPO clients. This is a remote, fee-based position focused on helping major brands in the contact center industry located in Greece, Spain, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Customer Support, Tech Support, and Sales positions.
Specialize in language-specific roles, particularly for Dutch, German, and Nordic language speakers.
Develop and implement strategies for identifying and attracting qualified candidates in the required languages.
Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Keep track of candidate progress and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the BPO or contact center industry.
Familiarity with sourcing candidates for Customer Support and Tech Support roles in multiple languages.
Strong understanding of labor markets and recruitment strategies in Greece, Spain, and Portugal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule.
Registered as a freelancer with the ability to work on a fee-based compensation structure & revenue sharing model.
