Freelance Recruitment Partner (Italian) (Vws-531)

David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd is looking for an Italian-speaking Freelance Recruiter to join their team. This freelance role offers a commission-based structure tied to successful candidate placements.
Position: Freelance Partner Location: Anywhere in EMEA ideally (GMT+1)
Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice
Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates
RESPONSIBILITIES: Dive into sourcing channels, job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates
Screen, assess qualifications, and match candidates to job roles
Work with the team to drive successful recruitment placements
Maintain a pipeline of candidates and build relationships
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Keep candidate profiles in the ATS updated
REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in English/Italian (spoken and written)
Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT+1)
Proven experience in sourcing Italian-speaking talent
Access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator with circa 10,000 connections
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Good time management and organizational abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
