So if you feel like generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around 500 to 1,000 euros per closed job) working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, and have the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important to reinforce, that this is a success-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.The job is for you if...You have previous experience as a freelancer recruiter.You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building ambi.Careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.The job IS NOT for you if...You hate speaking with candidates and clients.You don't like the idea of freelancing or getting success-based commissions.You are arrogant and don't know what empathy is.Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome.
