Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through various channels to fill open positions.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements.
Build and maintain a network of candidates interested in international job opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
Provide regular updates and insights to clients on the recruitment status and market trends.
Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, providing guidance and support during relocation.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a freelance recruiter or in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of the consumer services industry and international job markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and clients alike.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Fluency in at least one additional language is highly desirable, alongside English.
