The Property Group is seeking experienced Real Estate Sales Agents to work from our Marbella office. This role is perfect for someone with a dynamic approach, ready to embrace a "Whatever it takes" attitude to drive success. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage your own sales and listings.

Manage leads provided by the company (TPG).

Tour clients to viewings.

Generate new direct listings.

Networking & Events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Proven experience in real estate sales.

Self-discipline & relentlessness.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

Experience in the Marbella real estate market.

Established network of contacts in the real estate industry.

Salary/Benefits:

OTE 250,000€ P.A.
