Responsibilities Identify and engage potential candidates through various online channels. Craft detailed and enticing job descriptions to attract top talent. Conduct thorough resume screenings and preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate profiles. Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and providing feedback throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture. Manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. Continuously learn and apply new recruitment trends and techniques to improve the recruitment process. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.
