Responsibilities Design and implement HR policies and procedures that reflect the company's values and support strategic goals.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performances.Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Monitor and report on HR metrics to assess effectiveness of HR initiatives.Collaborate with management to build a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the recruitment sector.Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation across European countries.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels.Experience with HR software and various recruitment platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
