We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Freelance Headhunter to fill challenging sales vacancies with top-quality candidates. This is a commission-based, freelance position, offering exceptional earning potential based on successful placements.
Key Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent for hard-to-fill Sales positions
Build and manage candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
Conduct targeted searches across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and personal networks
Leverage your industry connections to identify top candidates
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and tailor your approach accordingly
Keep track of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Key Skills and Requirements: At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment, with a track record of successful placements
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and recruitment databases
Strong networking skills within the sales sector
Hands-on experience with an ATS to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting
Fluent in German, with a strong command of English
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work on multiple projects
Openness to recruit for roles in other languages as needed
Compensation & Benefits: Freelance position with no fixed hourly rate; commission-based earnings only
