Freelance Accounting Expert (Eca) For Linguistic [Y-585]

Mother Tongue, a translation agency headquartered in London with offices in LA and Singapore, is looking for a part-time freelance Subject Matter Expert in Accounting to help with remote in-context Linguistic Quality Assurance.Our client company develops ERP software for optimizing accounting workflows and financial processes.
We are looking for an experienced accountant to help review all Spanish translations in context in the client's software products to confirm that the content is accurate, logical, and understandable to the accounting target audience.Responsibilities:Providing detailed feedback on any parts that require revisions or amends.These will then subsequently be implemented by a system expert.Minimum Requirements:Certification: ECA (Experto Contable Acreditado) - CPA equivalentBased in SpainStrong working proficiency in EnglishExperience in working with accounting softwareAny previous linguistic experience is a plus (proofreading, translation, quality assurance)There will be an initial review of copy of 10 hours over a week and an ongoing commitment of up to one hour per week after that.If you are interested, please submit your CV and credentials when applying.
