MadridIn KRUK España we're looking for a passionate Operational Process Manager. As an Operational Process Manager, you will design the strategy of the collection processes, deciding tools and necessary resources.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign the collection processes for own portfolios.Analyze the data and monitor the evolution of the assigned portfolios.Analyze the operational KPIs and implement corrective actions in order to ensure that recovery targets are met.Collaborate with other areas at national and international level (necessary high level of English): IT, Legal, Marketing, etc. for the implementation of strategies.Main RequirementsWork experience of approximately one year in process management/data analysis in the financial sector.High level in English, oral and written communication.Good analytical capacity for large volumes of data and ability to propose ideas and solutions.A high level of Excel is needed to handle data and reports.Knowledge of Spanish language will be an advantage.Ability to adapt, and to work both autonomously and in collaboration with the team and other national and international departments.Working in KRUK SpainFrom the first day you will receive practical training with the team.
