Team Accertify provides a solution merchants trust and a career you can trust.Join us in our mission—and build a career you can trust.Accertify is growing, and we are looking to add a Fraud Analyst to our Global Fraud Fighting Team.How will you make an impact in this role?As a Fraud Analyst, you will help facilitate Accertify's overall mission of delivering exceptional digital experiences by researching and decisioning on high-risk e-commerce transactions for Clients across all industries.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Workwell with a team of industry experts to monitor real-time fraud decisioning softwareIndependently resolves problems that require in-depth investigation and/or researchConstantly communicates fraud trends and shares best practices with peers and leadersPerformmanual review of queued transactions to determine the likelihood of fraudDevelop Client-specific expertise to support a model-first vision furtherMaintainprofessional persistence when reviewing transactions or speaking with customersThoroughly researches transaction risk utilizing both new and existing toolsPrioritizework to meet and exceed deadlinesReportplatform issues as they arise and proactively identify potential impacts on ClientsUtilizefraud platform features to build upon initial familiarity with Client risk profiles and deal with incoming calls from customers and third-party agents.Qualifications:Strong desire to build a career in the fraud industry (no previous experience in fraud required)Fluency in EnglishAvailability to work rotating shifts. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including non-business hours, weekends, and holidaysFine-tuned organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skillsExceptional problem-solving skillsDisplays confidence in making decisions independentlyMust be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong internet research skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at onceDemonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or similar university studiesFluency in or other EU languagesPrevious e-commerce fraud prevention/investigationAdditional Information:This role is a hybrid (3 days in office) opportunity to work from our Accertify Madrid office location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
