You will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent transactions and avoiding them from becoming chargebacks. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving fraud trends.Key responsibilities:Chargeback Analysis: Investigate and analyze chargeback claims, identifying patterns, and root causes of fraudulent activityFraud Detection: Proactively monitor transaction data to detect and prevent fraudulent activities and trendsAnti-fraud infrastructure: Develop and implement rules, mechanisms, and strategies to prevent fraud and reduce chargebacksUser Deposit Analysis: Conduct deep analysis of user deposits' behaviour to determine whether it's fraudulent or notDispute Resolution: Identify chargebacks with potential for successful resolution and provide compelling evidenceReporting: Assist in generating reports to track and demonstrate the department's progress in reducing fraud and chargebacksCollaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, R&D, and regulation, to share insights and collaborate on fraud prevention effortsDocumentation: Maintain thorough documentation of investigations, actions taken, new processes and outcomesNew integrations: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging anti-fraud solutions, and new possible fraud prevention integrationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis) or equivalent work experienceProven experience in fraud detection, chargeback analysis, transactions payments, or related fieldsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of payment processing and e-gaming fraud prevention techniquesFamiliarity with fraud detection tools and third parties is a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentHigh level of integrity and ethics in dealing with sensitive dataAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsYour benefits:Competitive remunerationWork in an international environment in a US (Nasdaq) listedPossibility to partially work from homeFree fruit and coffee in the office#J-18808-Ljbffr
