Job Purpose
Customer Disruption Manager position is focused on disruption planning, process improvement and data collection, carrying out all kinds of actions to support the regular Customer Operations needs and to prevent any disruptions in our operations - even those that are completely outside our control, with a customer focus and cost control mindset. Reporting to the Customer Response Manager, he/she will be leading the project management of the area, searching for systems and process optimization, negotiating with stakeholders and reporting results in an autonomous way.
Main Accountabilities Disruption planning anticipation and risk analysis (strikes, airports closure, weather, and other major impacts)Leadership of new projects and process improvements, change driven mindset.Assess new initiatives and monitor its results.Provide follow up, data collection and propose improvements.Negotiation with stakeholders to preserve customer interests and ensure good coordination during disruption planning, project management and execution.Decision making and leadership during disruptive situations and unexpected events.Ability to anticipate the needs of the company. University degree, related to Project Management and Aviation is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 2 years in aeronautical environment leading or following projects
Proven record of management and negotiation with stakeholders
Knowledge of relevant systems (Salesforce, Navitaire, Aims) and Agile method is a plus.
