I'm excited to share an opportunity for a Microelectronics/FPGA Engineer at a well-established company that has been leading the way in RF solutions for over 25 years, particularly in the Defense and Space sectors. Known for creating high-end RF products, they design everything from transmitters and receivers to capacitors and transistors that perform in some of the toughest environments, whether that's deep underwater, on high-speed military aircraft, or in extreme climates like deserts and the Arctic.
In this role, you won't just be focusing on design work; you'll take on the full spectrum of development from concept through to production. You'll be designing and developing systems based on FPGA, SoC, or ASIC, using your coding expertise in HDL-particularly VHDL. You'll work alongside a talented software team, tackling exciting projects in digital systems design and testing. If you've ever felt limited in previous roles where you only saw a fraction of the process, this position will allow you to oversee and influence the entire lifecycle of development, testing, and delivery.
This position is based in Santander, in the stunning northern Cantabria region of Spain. While they welcome relocation, there's also room for remote and hybrid flexibility. Living in Santander means enjoying an incredible quality of life, where the perfect blend of beach, mountains, and sun awaits. Whether you love outdoor activities like hiking and surfing or prefer the relaxed pace of coastal living, Santander has something for everyone.
If you're ready to immerse yourself in innovative FPGA design while collaborating with a close-knit, highly skilled team, I'd love to discuss this fantastic opportunity with you. Interested in a chat to learn more? Apply!
