TasksYour responsibilities and impact working as a FP&A Specialist will be: Assuring that the required analytical financial information is prepared and presented in a precise mannerCreating reports and presentations for internal meetingsPreparing monthly analysis of product and department performance against estimates and budgetsSupporting the reporting team with daily financial reportingPerforming various reports and building forecasting toolsAnalyzing and interpreting historical financial, operational, and transactional dataRequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You speak both English and Spanish on a professional levelYou have a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fieldsYou have at least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business controlling or a similar roleYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and are used to working with various stakeholders on different levelsYou have the flexibility to travel once per monthYou have excellent Excel and Power BI skillsYou have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and keep strict deadlinesBenefitsWhat's in it for you?
