What makes this a great opportunity?The International Region for Suntory Global Spirits includes all countries outside of North America & Asia, across a wide variety of categories and route-to-markets.The FP&A Director is the Regional owner of reporting, planning and analysis and partners with the CFO &President of InternationalThis role manages a team of Managers & Analysts, of varying experience/seniority, and supporting their development is a key element of this role.This role provides an opportunity to work across a wide range of markets, with exposure to both operational/strategic elements, whilst developing core FP&A skillset.
It is a highly visible role with exposure to International President & Global CFO, as well as other Regional & Global leaders and give the role holder an opportunity to contribute to driving commercial results & process improvement Role ResponsibilitiesRegional ownership of monthly business reviews with business units & reporting and analysis of financial results to CorporateRegional ownership of annual budgeting & 3-year operating plan processPreparation & delivery of key presentations to senior management, Corporate or SHDProvide finance partnership to International Marketing TeamLead Region Center of Excellence (CoE) and drive continual improvement and simplification of reporting and planning processes & systems, leveraging S&OPSupport personal development of FP&A team, including both direct reports & BU FP&A teamsLead/support ad-hoc projects QualificationsStrong Financial Acumen – demonstrates a broad business skill set, good strategic perspective and a mature and practical mindset, along with excellent financial modelling skills, analytical thinking and the ability to execute structured analyses as well as the ability to design approached to open ended questionsCommunication Skills – effectively tailors communication across a variety of audiences, both written & oralCommercial acumen – demonstrable ability to develop and leverage deep business acumen and quickly grasp conceptsAgility – demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in a wide range of situations.
