We are hiring a FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere. What you will do:
Reporting of monthly Statutory Accounts including P&L, BS, Cashflow statements and specific KPIs to internal and external stakeholders providing the necessary insight to go beyond the numbers.
Active participation in annual company budget and regular quarterly forecasts to facilitate business review.
Financial modelling and Business Plans: supporting the team in reviewing and updating our current models to ensure accuracy and enabling us to model different scenarios.
Ensure governance of data and reporting with regards to ESG matters (including Informe no financiero EINF and future EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive -CSRD).
Develop reporting and control systems to ensure quality and integrity of the financial and ESG regulatory reporting and ensuring its coherence and consistency with the rest of Volotea's reporting.
Support accounting department with regards to the audit process.
