Position summary:Active role on EMEA's Operations and Maintenance (O&M) segment for short and long-term budgeting, variance analysis and results' interpretation.
Role will assist in KPI reporting, scenario analysis and preparing reports for the Executive Team.
Role is critical in identifying risk areas and additional value generation opportunities through data driven insights.
Financial & Organizational Scope:Involved in multiple aspects of financial planning and analysisWorks across the company and different geographiesReporting Relationships & Interactions:Reports to the Manager of FP&AWorks closely with the Accounting, Business Development and Commercial TeamsResponsibilities:Forecasting, analysis, and maintenance of budgets and business plans for the 4 geographies within EMEA.Partner with key business unit leaders to help inform strategic planning via detailed understanding of all key parts of the development business and operation expenditures ("OPEX").Interpret and present financial results to senior management in each one of the covered geographies.Manage the development, preparation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports.Make recommendations to Executive Team regarding potential improvements to company performance.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and related opportunities and risks – and offer ideas for improvement.Consult with business units to identify financial reporting needs and develop ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.Support the continued development of the Company's financial planning system.
