About the role:In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating and coordination of the monthly Nordic financial report and create follow-up dashboards to ensure financial integrity in close collaboration with your colleagues.You will lead transversal projects from a Finance perspective, driving transformation across the Nordics.Your responsibilities will include overseeing all financial planning processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and coordinating the implementation of the Financial Planning and Governance (FPG) framework across the region.Identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability through in-depth business model analysis.Provide critical business control support, monitor performance, and identify and address deviations.Consolidate results across the cluster and lead the tracking and analysis of key business performance indicators.Prepare insightful presentations for senior management and shareholders, detailing company performance and strategic directionPossible locations: Madrid, Copenhagen, Stockholm or Oslo.About you:We're looking for a self-driven individual with strong analytical skills—a proactive achiever known for quickly building credibility with stakeholders.
