Your main mission will be: Provide a consistent, professional service in all aspects related to reporting, KPIs, Budgets and forecasts.
Your main functions will be: Monthly Corporate reporting, elaborate deliverables such as KPI's, monthly forecast, deviation analysis, etc. Owner's Monthly reporting, elaborate deliverables & attend meetings. Budgets, coordination with Operations & Sales. Important role in this process, challenging the teams and pointing inconsistencies in the budgets. Owner's meetings, preparation of decks. BI evolution, participate in adopting new tools & evolving the current ones. Weekly forecast, coordinate the weekly forecast with GMs, sales & operations. Preparing a weekly report for the EC. Important role in this process, challenging the teams and pointing inconsistencies in the forecasts. Corporate reporting: rooms reporting, fees reporting, support to quarterly impairment testings (Hyatt). Operations & Sales and marketing support, providing them with performance data & relevant insights proactively. Ad hoc reporting to owners & Corporate: Internal meetings, Owner's summits. Strategic plan update. Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values. What do we expect from you? 2–3 years' experience in the hospitality industry and accounting background. Hold a degree in either Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management. High level of English and Spanish. Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends. Basic financial modeling: Experience creating simple financial models using Excel or other software. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Good technical skills with accounting software and other financial systems. Understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes. Ability to work well in a team. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities, and continuously improve their skills.
