Fp&A Analyst

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst professional to be part of the core team for strategic financial planning and analysis, who will provide driving critical insights that influence key business decisions.As the FP&A Analyst, you will have an opportunity to: Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze performance, forecasts, and trends, helping us stay one step ahead in the retail market.Collaborate & Influence : Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide data-driven insights.Reporting & Analysis : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track the company's performance against targets.Drive Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights through variance analysis to support and refine strategic decisions.Track Key Metrics : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), spot trends and identify areas for potential improvement.Support Strategic Initiatives : Engage in exciting projects like revenue optimization, cost control, and efficiency initiatives, making a tangible difference in our growth.You have: Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience : 3-5 years in FP&A, ideally with a background in retail or e-commerce.Skills : Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial reporting tools (e.G., SAP); strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Personal Traits : A self-starter with strong communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
