Founder's Associate Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the founder across strategic, operational, and business development initiatives.
Support fundraising efforts, including creating pitch decks, managing investor communications, and tracking outreach progress.
Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the property banking space.
Oversee special projects that drive operational efficiency, improve team collaboration, and deliver measurable results.
Provide day-to-day support to the founder, ensuring smooth execution of key priorities.
Ideal Profile: A driven and resourceful professional with an interest in startups, business operations, and entrepreneurship.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Previous experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is highly desirable.
