Description: We are looking for an agile, pro-active individual to join the HP EMEA Large Format Printing Category Team to drive and own the forecast process for LF Production HW and supplies. You would need to be analytical to solve a variety of common forecasting and order management challenges. Your independent judgment helps you to determine and propose appropriate action, to evaluate unique circumstances and to make recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Operational Forecast for EMEA LF Production, both hardware and supplies.Pro-active engagement with supply chain, worldwide and country teams to solve/clarify forecast, supply and order questions from countries and supply chain alike. Be a problem solver.Provide availability report, Market Share report and ad-hoc reports for countries and management team.Lead TBA process and allocation, proactively work with countries providing guidance.Lead product lifecycle discontinuances, working with global business units and WW GTM to anticipate the rollover process.Collaborate with various internal teams from Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of business plans.Support EMEA business management with analysis, judgment and recommendations/scenarios for decisions related to forecast and supply.Drive and make proposals for business process improvements.Support/drive projects when needed, support the team when required.Education & Experience Recommended: University or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business related disciplines.2-4 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.Strong analytical and presentation skills, interpret complex analysis.
