What are you waiting for?Purpose Overall Relevance for the Organization:Direct accountability for the implementation execution of Future of Teamwear solution in the assigned geography, delivering sustainable team acquisition service to enable long-term market share and sales growth.Responsibilities:Building the plan - take European business concept and create optimal GTM execution approach for the local market.Provide critical input to the European Future of Teamwear business case ensuring full validation of the conceptual business case that has been developed.Be the business expert for Amateur Football in assigned geography, initiating market analysis and research to refine and optimize Future of Teamwear business model and GTM approach.Develop a clear short-, mid-, and long-term commercial strategy to grow the adidas Teamwear market share within the Amateur teamwear market, with ownership for the geography PL and delivery of financial targets.Create a commercial framework for securing amateur club contractual supply agreements in line with the target financial KPIs.Strategic deployment and leadership of external team of club acquisition managers to ensure sustainable recruitment of amateur club contractual partnerships to secure commercial sales KPIs.Coordination and leadership of internal team success managers to deliver an end-to-end team experience that provides best-in-class consumer service and positively impacts brand credibility.Continuous forecasting and club portfolio management to optimize SCM fulfillment and effective stock inventory management.Develop local brand partnerships with existing new partners to expand the contracted club portfolio and optimize the brand user experience for all member clubs.Act as the Future of Teamwear ambassador across all internal cross-functional stakeholders to raise the profile and visibility of the Future of Teamwear model and ensure ongoing support and priority.Coordinate the brand activation of the Future of Teamwear model, creating locally relevant communication plans and promotions for Future of Teamwear Creators Club members experience.Provide insights and feedback to European Football BU and Teamwear Commercial teams on the local market needs of amateur football clubs to influence the future development of digital tools and team value proposition.Provide ongoing input on requirements for the Teamwear product offer, to ensure that the local market needs are being fulfilled.People Management:Recruitment and management of internal direct reports as an integrated team, establishing team objectives and leading an entrepreneurial "start-up" culture.Ongoing management of external agency Club acquisition team, providing clear objectives and direction for the team to deliver.Ensure strong collaboration between team and the connected Future of Teamwear departments to ensure optimal team experience for clubs.Ongoing recruitment planning of teamwear specialized knowledge to ensure the required level of credibility to be successful within the amateur football industry.Encourage, lead and drive the development of a performance culture within the team.Further develop the direct reports' functional and social core competencies through regular coaching and mentoring.Perform leadership functions based on the Leadership Framework and the 3Cs.KPIs:Target achievement with regard to sales and contribution.Target achievement with regard to club experience and willingness to refer/recommend.Key Relationships:EU Teamwear Commercial Director.External Acquisition Management Agency lead contact.Cluster VP Sales.Cluster VP Brand.Cluster Football GTM Director.EU BU Category Management.EU eCom Buying Planning.EU eCom Consumer Experience.EU SCM and Fulfillment.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proven track record in the management of medium-sized sales teams.Proven leadership and management competencies.Strong Amateur Football knowledge and local market experience.Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.Negotiation and (re)presentation skills; confident manner.Strong strategic, analytical skills.
