Food Quality Control Technician At The Food Plant - Es-587

The employer is a family business with a 90-year history, based in the Southern part of the EU.Responsibilities:Ensure that products produced by the company meet company standards and Food Law Legislation by conducting required Quality Control tests and procedures.Responsible for Quality Control Checks of the following:Chemical / Organoleptic TestsDaily chemical water analysisAssist in GRN testing of raw materials and packagingConduct quality spot checks and visual inspections on production lines to ensure finished products conform with specifications.Ensure proper GRN tests are executed on all raw materials, including ingredients and packaging.
Address any non-conformance and update concerned departments.Manage the Quality Control Samples Store, ensuring samples are retained correctly and monitoring mid and end of shelf-life checks.Maintain good communication with superiors and effectively communicate findings with Quality Control Personnel and all concerned departments.Keep forms, documents, and results updated and properly filed for ease of reference.
Ensure all data is inputted into the computer system and kept up to date.Follow plant hygiene procedures, ensuring areas are properly cleaned and tools and equipment are maintained.Adhere to company safety regulations and properly use all provided safety equipment, uniforms, and tools, maintaining them in good working condition.Job Requirements:Be a graduate with a Degree in Food Technology.Have between two (2) and three (3) years of work experience in a similar role within the food industry.Possess a good command of English (B1 or higher).Demonstrate good communication and leadership skills.Be well organized, target-oriented, and able to handle target pressures.Be flexible in working hours.Compensation:Proposed Weekly Wage: €330Basic: €17,160Bonus: €512Overtime Hours: €2,475Yearly Gross: €20,147Yearly Flight Travel Allowance: €200Yearly Transport: €25 - €300 (paid pro-rata on a monthly basis)Yearly Accommodation: €166.67 - €2,000 (paid pro-rata on a monthly basis)Total Allowances Value: €2,500Total Annual Gross: €22,647Overtime paid over the 40-hour week at the rate of 1:1.5.Other Benefits:24 days leave on a yearly basis12 days sick leave on a yearly basisFree Service of a Medical DoctorFree shared accommodation for the first 6 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
