A student intern in the Food & Drinks department is responsible for helping to give customers a warm welcome, provide friendly treatment, and offer an unforgettable guest experience. You will also need to have extensive knowledge of the menu offered and will be responsible for assisting in the following tasks to the highest standards:
Contribute to high levels of customer service Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food at the highest level Provide support in the different outlets of the hotel: "Reserva Grill" restaurant, "Ferrum" bar, Room Service, as well as in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service and in the different events and banquets held at the hotel. Provide support in the preparation of staff meals Manage customer relationships when necessary Comply with and be fully aware of health and safety regulations Perform tasks as may be assigned by the head chef or hotel manager Complete all aspects of the training program Minimum requirements include:
