A student intern in the Food & Drinks department is responsible for helping to give customers a warm welcome, provide friendly treatment, and offer an unforgettable guest experience. You will also need to have extensive knowledge of the menu offered and will be responsible for assisting in the following tasks to the highest standards:
Contribute to high levels of customer serviceAssist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food at the highest levelProvide support in the different outlets of the hotel: "Reserva Grill" restaurant, "Ferrum" bar, Room Service, as well as in breakfast, lunch and dinner service and in the different events and banquets held at the hotel.Provide support in the preparation of staff mealsManage customer relationships when necessaryComply with and be fully aware of health and safety regulationsPerform tasks as may be assigned by the head chef or hotel managerComplete all aspects of the training programMinimum Requirements:
