Your main mission will be the design, development and teaching of subjects related to the food industry specialization pathway, both in theory and practice.
Our main lines of work are focused on: Carrying out the co-design of the subject in coordination with the rest of the faculty of the specialty.
Organizing and planning the development of the classes.
Teaching classes related to food development and technology.
Follow up with students, solving their doubts and accompanying them in the learning process.
Requirements Do you identify yourself with the following characteristics?
You have a degree in Food Industry, Biology, Chemistry or other similar fields.
You have a Master's degree especially in subjects related to the position.
You have worked for at least 3 years in research projects or innovation consultancy.
You have knowledge in product design and development (introduction to R&D projects, identification of opportunities in the food market, design of experiments, food formulation, prototype validation techniques, industrial scale-up...).
You have experience in teaching (regulated training or non-formal training).
High interlocution and writing skills (C1) in English.
You will make the difference if: You have a PhD especially in subjects related to the position.
You have a high level (C1) of Basque.
You have knowledge in operations management (analysis and assessment of production management, design and implementation of production plans and programs, process cost evaluation...) and quality management in the food industry.
You enjoy working in a team.
You have an official disability certificate of 33% or more.
