Your role We're searching for an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to join Olala Homes.
This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B sector, passion for concept development, advanced technology implementation, and strict quality control.

Your Journey Conceptual Innovation: Identify and develop groundbreaking F&B concepts while keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends and customer demand.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the viability and marketability of new ideas.
Technological Prowess: Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
Work closely with our IT department to ensure seamless integration of these tech advancements.
Quality Assurance: Implement, uphold, and monitor quality standards across all F&B operations.
Ensure every facet of our customer experience meets the high standards set by Olala Homes.
Leadership Excellence: Provide oversight for all F&B operations, leading your team to exceed targets while fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
Strategic Agility: Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with business objectives, collaborating with other department heads and executive team members.
What do you bring to your trip Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
An advanced degree will be considered an asset.
10+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within the F&B sector.
A proven record of developing and implementing successful F&B concepts.
Extensive experience with the implementation and integration of emerging technologies in the F&B industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of F&B quality control procedures.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Capable of thriving in a high-paced, demanding work environment.
Proven problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
