Our client's robots are contributing to one of the biggest industrial automation portfolios, improving lives and contributing to a better society globally.As the Team Manager of the client software development team, you will be responsible for defining product goals for your team of software developers and testers, determining "what to build next," prioritizing these goals to maximize business value, and validating the outputs. You will be involved in all phases of software development, from gathering requirements to releasing products.Additionally, you will be part of a strategic team at the department level, where you will define a development roadmap that will realize the organization's long-term vision.Required:University degree.Several years of experience as a Team Manager.Strong focus on Lean/Agile principles, process improvement, and problem detection and resolution.Proficiency in the software development lifecycle.Experience working in an international environment.Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills."Can-do" attitude and ability to work within cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.Preferred:Experience with Agile principles and development processes.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 17:30 with one-hour break for lunch.
