The Manager will advise chapter board officers on standard chapter operations and best practices. The manager's primary goal is to create healthy, growing chapters that consistently deliver value to their members.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage a portfolio of chapters throughout the region, building relationships and helping to provide a valuable member experience.Serve as the main point of contact for Presidents, Chapter Staff, Chapter Officers, Area Director, and Members of those chapters, working with them to address issues and provide alignment with organizational policies and procedures.Promote Chapter health and keep Presidents informed on upcoming items as well as their chapters' status towards achieving the overall goal.Serve as the staff liaison to Area Directors and support them in leading and delivering value to their assigned chapters.Help chapters with various issues throughout the year with the main goal of putting the chapter in the best possible position to succeed.Provide clear and concise communication regarding the direction and requirements of the global organization to the chapters.Assist the regional Director in preparing for the annual Presidents' Meeting, Alignment Meeting, and Global Leadership Conference; provide logistic support for multiple annual regional events.Aid in chapter strategic planning and execution during annual summit meetings (virtual or in-person), monthly area calls, and other scheduled chapter events; represent the global organization and region during these meetings
