Job Description: - Location: Fully remote, EU timezone (CET + / - 2 hours)- Languages: Fluent English- Our Client: Cloud Computing / Blockchain / AI - European SaaSPrerequisites: - Responsibility for financial strategy within a European and international development framework.- Daily interaction with teams and partners internationally.- Contribution to the company's expansion into new financial markets.- Over 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably in the FinTech sector, startups, SMEs, or mid-sized companies.Responsibilities: - Build and oversee the annual budget in collaboration with international teams.- Proactive management of cash flow, financing, and investments on a global scale.- Continuous improvement of internal controls, focusing on compliance with international financial regulations.- Leadership in financial and non-financial communication with a diverse network of international investors and partners.- Financial oversight of international development projects, including product launches and geographic expansion.Required Skills: - Proven expertise in strategic financial management of a high-growth company, ideally in the FinTech sector.- In-depth understanding of international financial issues.- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is highly valued.- Ability to influence and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and ability to inspire a team.- Exceptional autonomy, rigor, and organization.- Proactivity and innovative mindset.- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills in a multicultural context. #J-18808-Ljbffr
