The Challenge The Senior Payroll Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and accurate financial reporting.
This role involves collaborating with the People & Compensation teams to ensure that payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your Mission You own all things payroll accounting related, this includes but is not limited to: Posting global payroll journals Calculating and booking vacation and corporate bonus accruals Reconciling global payroll related GL accounts Providing flux analysis on all payroll related accounts Working with HR on quarterly one-time payment accruals Closely partner with HR and payroll for process improvements, researching items, etc.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy You Are You are able to communicate, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization.
You are meticulous in updating accounting records and pride yourself with attention to detail and accuracy.
You are adaptable to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are self-motivated; someone who can work independently, multi-task and prioritize your workload.
Your Experience Includes: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 5-8 years accounting experience, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable Solid skill set in general ledger and sub-ledger accounting Experience with Workday Financials a plus Advanced Excel skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity Where we Work OneTrust embraces a hybrid working model.
