As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.**Responsibilities**:**1. Project Planning**: Developing a comprehensive project plan, outlining the scope, timelines, budgets, and resources required for the project.**2. Resource Management**: Ensuring that the project team has the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and software, to complete the project successfully.**3. Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating project risks, including technical, financial, and resource risks, and developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.**4. Integrations**: Ensuring that ARSOS integrates seamlessly with customer devices, and other data sources commonly used by business clients.**5. Quality Control**: Ensuring that the software product or solution meets the highest quality standards, including testing, debugging, and resolving issues.**6. Budget Management**: Managing the project budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as necessary.**7. Client Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.**8. Communication**: Facilitating clear and effective communication between project team members, clients, and other stakeholders, and keeping everyone informed about project progress and status.**9. Documentation**: Ensuring that all project-related documentation, including project plans, reports, and contracts, are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.**10. Continuous Improvement**: Evaluating project outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance project efficiency, quality, and overall success.Experience/Skills Required**1. Technical Knowledge**: A deep understanding of the technical aspects of software integrations,including APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and data flow.**2. Project Management Skills**: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage software integration projects, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation, using waterfall or agile methodologies.**3. Leadership Skills**: The ability to lead and motivate a team of developers, testers, and other project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.**4. Problem-Solving Skills**: The ability to identify and resolve complex technical and non-technical problems that arise during the integration setup phase.**5.
