Job Description As a Retail Media Director, you will be an important contributor in leading media strategy and team development. Your main responsibilities will include management and growth of a portfolio of accounts, driving business conversations with clients, and developing successful Retail Media strategies through cross-disciplinary collaboration. Success in this position requires the ability to tell stories from data, the ability to function in a team-focused environment, and the willingness to exemplify Jellyfish's core values (be accountable, be positive, be passionate, be the solution). Reporting to the VP, Paid Media, Regional Lead.

Your primary responsibilities will include: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Build strong client relationships and understand their business goals.
Create and deliver large-scale, data-driven strategies for clients.
Project manage initiatives within the media plan.
Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
Collaborate with Business Development to create innovative strategies for prospective clients.
Align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharing.
Mentor and educate junior staff to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal development.
Use a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.
