Additionally, he/she provides administrative support within the financial needs of a company, prepares periodical reports to the local Management, and contributes to expenses and revenues control and headcount trajectory initiatives.MISSIONThe Invoice Business Manager has a key role to play, assessing and securing the potential risks associated with a P&L deviation of the business. He/she reports directly to the Business Development Manager in 2S Spain.RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor the accuracy and reliability of accounting for expenses and revenues performed by the IOCs with the appropriate level of controls in compliance with BNP Paribas principles and procedures.Control the accruals of the business, raise alerts if needed, and provide input to the Business Manager.Reconciliation of suspense accounts in the area, certification of balances in Beacon, and reconciliation in Ambre.Preparation of business reports.Set-up of daily client commissions.Monitor and account for fees and Nostro accounts in the area.Analysis and correction of P&L accounts and cost centres.KPIs monitoring of corporate deals.Communication and control of invoices to the Tax Agency.REQUIREMENTSTrainingUniversity education in Economics or Accounting.EXPERIENCEKnowledge of Securities Services will be positively valued.
