From Robert Walters, we are looking for a HSE Leader, reporting to the HSE manager, advising in everything related to ensuring compliance with the legislation and corporate requirements in matters of Health, Safety and Environment for the three legal entities located in Valles Oriental.
Key AccountabilitiesCarry out the risk assessments of jobs, products, processes, facilities, investments and changes and the assessment of environmental aspects proposing the measures and actions necessary to minimize or eliminate the associated environmental risks and impacts.Carry out the necessary hygienic, ergonomic and psychosocial measurements and, following the results, propose changes and improvements.Follow up on accidents, investigations of accidents, incidents and occupational diseases occurring in their workplaces, propose measures for their reduction and regularly monitor the resulting actions in agreement with all those involved.Participate in the review of the documentation of the Prevention and Environment System, propose improvements or new technical instructions for your workplace.Conduct prevention and environmental training and information defined for the site and propose its content.Review, learn and participate in the workplace's Emergency Plan. Conduct and report on emergency drills and monitor identified improvements.Manage the collection of information, report and follow-up of HSE KPIs from your workplace: waste management, water, energy, accidents, incidents, etc.Perform the technical tasks associated with the environmental vectors of the center: waste management, atmospheric measurements, wastewater, energy, etc.Make the declarations to the administration: waste declaration, other environmental controls.Participate in HS Committees.Participate in the internal, external and corporate audits.Networking/Key RelationshipsInternal departments: Operations / Engineering and maintenance / HR / QRA / RD

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the PositionEducation: Required: Bachelor's degree (Diplomatura) in any related area with Health & Safety, or Chemistry or Engineering; Master in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties: Occupational safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology.Valuable: ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management courses. Any additional degree higher than that required previously.Experience: Required: Professional experience is required up to 5 years in a similar position (minimum 2 years).Valuable: Experience in HSE audits; Experience in GMP environments.Skills & CapabilitiesThe ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and capabilities:
