This opportunity works in our Ethics pillar, which is responsible for instilling trust by amplifying integrity, effectively managing concerns, and leading labor and human rights compliance.This role reports to the Senior Director of Ethics and Regulatory Relations.In this role, you will own and drive our end-to-end labor & employment and human rights programs.
You will oversee design, development, delivery, and maintenance of global labor and employment compliance and global human rights compliance initiatives including risk assessment, governance, awareness and training, and monitoring and remediation.You will establish and maintain the framework for identifying key labor and employment related risks including but not limited to human rights and immigration, and how the mitigation of those risks will be monitored and measured through the firm's control framework.You will review and update governance and related documents for the firm's labor and employment compliance program, participate in the firm's risk assessment process, and mitigate labor and employment-related risks
