Budget and Timeline Management: Plan and monitor project budgets and timelines meticulously, conducting thorough research and analysis to provide accurate inputs for project plans and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Apply quality tools to identify and manage project risks, collaborating with the team to develop alternative strategies or solutions that safeguard project goals.
Knowledge Sharing and Team Development: Document and share learnings from each project with other teams, and guide team members through different project stages, providing feedback and coaching to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
Additional training or certification in financial management or risk management is beneficial.
Compliance with licensing requirements for export controls or sanctions regulations may be necessary.
Experience: Intermediate experience in managing and leading projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
Hands-on experience in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues and risks.
Proven ability to work with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
Financial Acumen Develop a strong understanding of financial indicators to make informed decisions that optimize project budgets and drive successful outcomes.
