What You Will Do:
Providing exceptional technical support via calls and emails
Resolving L1 and L2 support inquiries
Performing technical configuration tasks
Conducting troubleshooting
Securely work with customers' sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2)
Knowledge of IPV4 protocol
Basic network knowledge
Basic Firewall knowledge
Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
Technical background
Experience with CRM systems
Degree in computer science or information technology
