Responsibilities: Develop experimental plans and design and run experiments to test the suitability of chemical processes for large-scale use under continuous flow basis.Evaluate and propose suitable flow chemistry setups and conditions considering chemical transformations, output, chemical resistance and key engineering flow parameters, as well as EHS and economical aspects.Use the appropriate analytical methods and tools to monitor processes and product quality output.Maintain familiarity with Regulatory Guidelines and requirements including cGMP specifically for flow chemistry processes.Report, communicate and discuss the progress of the projects with all involved stakeholders (internal and external).Requirements: Chemical engineering is a must with 1-2 years of laboratory experience.Working knowledge of flow chemistry as well as systems controlling and automation.English (high level spoken and written).Capable of working well under pressure and within a team environment, as well as strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Initiative and autonomy.Good analytical approach to problem solving.Good communication and IT skills.Commercially aware.Desired Experience: Proven technical experience in the fine chemicals/pharmaceutical industry.Experience in chemical synthesis and process development.Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, NMR.Experience using Design of Experiment (DoE) principles.What we offer: Immediate start.Salary according to skills and background.Flexible working hours.Joining an innovating and growing company.
