Information about Agilent is available at Our EMEA sales team of the Cell Analysis Division (CASA) is growing, and we are searching for passionate and dedicated salespeople who are looking for the next step in their career!In this Product Specialist sales role, you will sell our Flow Cytometry instruments as well as our Imaging and Microscopy Instruments to academic, biotech and pharma customers in Spain.The role is field-based, and working closely with a dedicated team of Account Managers and Field Application Scientists as you work towards your quota and are compensated for sales in your geography.Your goal is to drive growth in the region through customer engagement and you will be encouraged to build and develop opportunities, strategic sales activities and tactics to increase our presence in our customer's labs.Main ResponsibilitiesSell flow cytometry instruments as well as Imaging and Microscopy Instruments to customers in Spain.Achieve sales growth targets by aligning with the Cell Analysis Division's strategies.Develop unique ways to reach customers and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with them.Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle that will vary from days to yearsAttend exhibitions, organize on-site customer meetings and demonstrations, and offer portfolio support while coordinating with internal teams.Build and deliver seminars that educate, increase awareness and interest, ultimately leading to new Agilent customers.Provide accurate and timely sales reports in CRM systems, sharing insights from the sales territory.Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to identify trends and growth opportunities.Support customers with product knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process.Represent the company in key sales meetings and contribute to business development initiatives.QualificationsMaster's Degree or PhD in Life Science.Equivalent experience in a similar role, but candidates with strong laboratory or technical expertise looking to transition into sales will also be considered.2-3 years practical laboratory experience in Flow Cytometry.Practical laboratory experience in Imaging & Microscopy will be a plus.Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Cellular Biology, Flow Cytometry, and Imaging, its applications and workflows.Strategic Selling Competence.Willingness to adopt new ways of connecting with customers.Proven presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.A standout colleague, capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams and supporting shared business goals.Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.Additional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.
