The IPCS (Industrial Print Customer Success) WW Current Business Management team is a team of young and talented professionals responsible for planning, forecasting, and analyzing business plans (long and short term) and providing guidance based on analyzed business trends and directions for decision-making within the above-mentioned business. We are now looking for a Junior WW Business and Data Analyst to support this team.Job Role And ResponsibilitiesPerform data collection and analysis procedures and data insight visualizations for assigned projects in accordance with plan and team guidance.Collect, record, and analyze data using established protocols and processes; communicate findings toother team members for review and feedback.Utilize historical data to perform requirements analysis and identify trend lines across several data sources within the organization to support decisions.Apply predictive analysis and tools to forecast and employ business analytics (including an enhanced ability to quantify and qualify data).Utilize the Business Intelligence analytics database to carry out statistical analysis and ad hoc reporting as required.Assure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.Assist in the preparation of literature and presentations for peer review, publication, and delivery at industry and scientific events and conferences; create patent applications and supporting documentation.Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.Education And Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience with an interest in data management.Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.Excellent English skills, written and spoken.Knowledge And Skills RequiredDemonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques.Basic knowledge of research methodology.Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of project management methodology.Knowledge on Power BI, or additional databases such as SQL Server and MySQL is preferred.Familiarity with data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is also preferable.What We OfferOpportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world.Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities, including HP's own learning platform and LinkedIn Learning.An attractive benefits package: Health & Life insurance, lunch at reduced prices at our canteen/ticket restaurant vouchers, and HP product discounts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
