Job Purpose Flight Ops Analysts are the experts to analyse operational results in terms of punctuality and flight crew performance. The team provides highlights and specific dashboards to the Flight OPS Director & Chief of Pilots to identify areas of improvement and make strategic decisions. At the same time, the team is constantly enhancing processes related to the manpower compliance in VY bases and the one required for the growth of the company. Main Accountabilities Analytical competences are needed and be accurate and precise with figures and data. The role requires a team worker, problem solving and good communication abilities that be able to work with deadlines and schedule tasks. Planning and managerial capabilities (required) High communication skills and proactivity (required) Main Responsibilities - Tasks Help to recruitment process handling data and managing the different processes. Create databases and dashboards with Tableau tool. Monthly KPI Control for Manager and Director. Monthly Return in to stand control in collaboration with Maintenance. Weekly Crew seniority control by bases and Pilot's hours treatment. Operational projects and surveys for Chief Pilot, chief base and Director. Crew Bases and Detachments management. Continue contact communication with pilots through different notifications. Collaborate with the monthly Performance Newsletter collecting tips and ideas for crews. Main Relationships Flight OPS Director & Chief of Pilots Education Aviation Management or Aeronautical Engineering Degree Experience - Not required Tableau knowledge is important. Medium to high level of PostgreSQL or other SQL languages (MySQL..). Python coding is valuable. High level of Excel being required the knowledge of Macros and formulas. Medium level of Power Point and Word. Operational expertise is valuable (airport, OCC).
