Evaluate portfolio changes and support both new and existing commercial transactions, with a focus on the development of new business opportunities such as Renewable Energy Sources (RES) participation in Ancillary Services and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) optimization and tollings.
This role involves active client engagement in providing Energy Management services (EMSA) and Market Representation Service Agreements (MRSA) with ENGIE Global Business Units (GBUs) and third parties both in Spain and Portugal.This position requires a proactive approach to managing both internal and external relationships, with a focus on delivering substantial value in RES Energy Management products.Key Responsibilities:Be part of the Origination & Structuring team, contributing to key commercial transactions such as PPAs, MRSAs, ancillary services participation and BESS tolling/optimization.
Provide expertise in contract structuring and additional services related to route-to-market and risk management.Enhance ENGIE's renewable portfolio of Market Representation contracts by renegotiating existing contracts and adding complementary ancillary services and new assets to the MRSA portfolio, in close collaboration with Short Term and RES teams
