The role: Your main mission will be to ensure a quality remote customer relationship that meets expectations.
This includes: Management of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations) Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations) After-sales service (litigation and compensation management) Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents) In short, you are a customer advisor, Ambassador of customer satisfaction!
Requirements: We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a sense of service!
Bilingual Flemish/Dutch (+French would be ideal) and English.
We will appreciate you as caring, empathetic, curious and dynamic!
A good team spirit, a taste for challenges and challenges will come in handy on a daily basis!
You demonstrate good oral and written expression.
You demonstrate an ability to adapt.
You must be IT literate in order to easily handle our tools.
Previous experience as a travel agent is an asset and knowledge of GDS tools (Saber, Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
