Responsible for the management and development of the International Corporate Clients and International Leasing Companies all aspects for a group of European countries, reports to the Sales Director/Country Manager.Key Results/Accountabilities expected from the roleAccording to strategic plan of the company, team up with sales director/country manager to enhance awareness for the MG brand in targeted marketsManage distributors to achieve the fleet sales targetMeet with strategic account customers to negotiate and close major dealsGuide and coordinate with distributors to ensure compliance with SME fleet sales policies and regulationsAcquisition of new global / pan European / international customers as well as maintaining and developing existing business relationships in the field and improving cooperation with the main international leasing companiesDevelop and execute the fleet sales leasing processes in accordance with best practice to expand the number of new and committed distributorsEstablish European reporting for fleet and leasing salesSet and achieve new distributor fleet sales targetsExperience Educational background ExpertiseHas a relevant network in European fleet sales marketHas a relevant network in European market to the purchasing departments of leasing companies on a decision-making levelExperience in the automotive sector with excellent knowledge of the sector and its competitive environmentExperience with customers (B2B) on international level and fleet sales experienceExcellent analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbersStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performanceHigh level of flexibility in time, location and multiple solutions.
