ResponsibilitiesYou'll be the backbone of our locomotive fleet, ensuring seamless operations and providing top-notch technical support to our valued customers.Take charge of managing the delivery and redelivery of locomotives, playing a key role in our customer relations and supplier interactions.Dive into the data to analyze and optimize fleet performance.Your keen eye for improvement will be put to good use as you identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance our locomotives and lease products.When challenges arise, you will be there to provide support in case of accident repairs, heavy maintenance, and navigate through contract negotiations.Collaboration is key; you'll work closely with several departments within our organization, ensuring seamless communication and organization.Stay vigilant for shifts in European and national regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in our operations, providing technical perspective to the Project team.Be the one closest to our locomotive fleet, always ensuring safe operation.What You Bring to Our TeamBring your expertise with a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.At least five years of experience in the rail industry will be invaluable in tackling the challenges of this role.You're skilled at tackling intricate technical challenges with a client-centric and professional approach.Build strong relationships effortlessly, fostering trust and collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers alike.Fluent in Spanish and English?
